Mostly positive, only negatives would be management playing favoritism and pay structure.
In the time I've been here overall I enjoy my coworkers and the perks of the job. I completely dislike the call center aspect and the members that we service are incredibly rude people. I've had frustrating times and also great times. There's several departments within the company sometimes the first department you start out in isn't always the best fit.
