I rescently order some parts for my bike . They sent me an item without all the mounting brackets . Contacted them they took care of it . Sent me another one . The industry is exciting, but since it is private equity ownership, the emphasis on cost cutting can be too much. I don't like the fact that most of leadership has worked together in previous companies, it has vibes of nepotism. Leadership comes across as basic cheerleaders too often.
