The industry is exciting, but since it is private equity ownership, the emphasis on cost cutting can be too much. I don't like the fact that most of leadership has worked together in previous companies, it has vibes of nepotism. Leadership comes across as basic cheerleaders too often.

It was like working at a high school. You would get reprimanded for going beyond what your leads would ask for because you were making everyone else look bad. Were not allowed to suggest better processes of doing things because you were there to work, not think

Paid is competitive for the market. As a full time team member, you are given a shoe allowance. The insurance is great compared to what i was paying at my previous employment. Company pays you to bring new hires in.

I just think that 15.50 cents is not enough to make ends meat. Even if we do make commission. I think we should start out at atleast 18 bucks n hr plus commissions and even that is barley making it in California.

Machine operators get same pay as floor workers. Females on the shipping floor get favoritism, people are allowed to put hands on employees and still keep their job

We all help each other and we all get along pretty good. So its just a great environment to work in everyday. If we made a little bit more money this would be the best job on earth

Strength in the day to day is with your peers. Mostly motivated, very smart, very pleasant to work with.
