How's the work life balance at Sage Hospitality?

Work life balance at Sage is great, but can depend on what role or department you end up in. Some departments, accounting for example, have deadlines each month that require all hands on deck. Outside of those times, you should have flexibility.

Feedback is always encouraged at any time, whether it be giving or seeking feedback. We have a yearly review process and a yearly development program that also aid in giving performance & development feedback in a timely fashion.
