Overall I really love the friends I've made and we see each other outside work.
Initially things were great but the more I have seen and dug into the more I am shocked by the overall mismanagement of the company. Poor finances, quality, and processes in every direction. Company appeared to be on solid trajectory. Unfortunately lack of clear strategy, focus, experience and resourcing within executive leadership is contributing to current challenges. If these can be resolved company has a bright future. Revisión Publicado hace 4 años
