I would appreciate if our leadership would actually lead, and not manage. They have a motto, "do as I say, and not as I do". it's all about what is best for the company, and not what's best for the employee or the customer.

since they started taking on "investors" they have forgotten about the employees and just started chasing the goal of 500 million by 2025.
