I think the most positive thing would be that others are willing to help, especially the managers. They are happy to help if we have questions or if we need to change our schedules.

Management in store 0083... the GM and DM are bestfriends so its alot of failures being over looked including the proper training of the team. Also PAY and holding everyone accountable not just those that can see thru to games and contradictions.

Better pay for the associates and managers. We lose so so many great people because other companies pay much more than we do.
