Not managers. Everyone else knows how to have a good time and we try to have our best to have fun. Shoe carnavil promotes a fun work environment but we just cant do that always being pushed to go do something and it all the same thing over and over again need some more spice

For the most part my team works well together. However, there are some individuals who need to work on growing the team instead of bringing the team down to make themselves look good.
I thank all my assistant managers and associates who have helped me keep our store going for the six plus months that I was in charge and will miss them all when I decide to leave for a company that will appreciate my talents and dedication.
