I am in sales. I get paid a base salary and commission on what my team closes, as well as health, dental, and vision. We also have daily/weekly/monthly spiffs that won me a LED TV around Christmas time.

I think the company needs to work on their benefit plan over all. Having a 401(K) Roth with company match would be nice. If this cant happen, then increase the pay to help with these options.

we do not get compensated fairly for the work we do, for the industry we are competing in, and for the cost of living in south florida. their benefits do not attract professional adults w experience and education. this is not a place to make a career. this is good for 20 y/o with no kids/family.

bottom level of base salary tier yet I am consistently performing better than others who have higher base.

Never hear about how I am doing, or what I can do to improve. It seems MGMT can have their favorites towards people. Knowing that their was a bonus model based on x criteria

I would like the annual review I was promised but have yet to receive. The responsibilities of my job are demanding, and I surpass the expectations of my role but have not received a raise. My title does not fit the responsibilities I juggle on a day-to-day basis. I wish a 401K package was offered
