What does the leadership team need to get better at?

they need to get better at compensating their employees fairly. also, they need a better benefits package. their benefits are horrible! health insurance for a family here costs over $6K per year, yet my department gets paid in the $30K. it is not affordable. it would be nice to have 401k matching

More aggressive marketing strategies (not just phone sales) and create an advertising/marketing team with a director that is solely responsible for strategically building the brand using intentional marketing strategies that will complement the sales team. Identify internal talent to lead this.

I think the company needs to work on their benefit plan over all. Having a 401(K) Roth with company match would be nice. If this cant happen, then increase the pay to help with these options.

we do not get compensated fairly for the work we do, for the industry we are competing in, and for the cost of living in south florida. their benefits do not attract professional adults w experience and education. this is not a place to make a career. this is good for 20 y/o with no kids/family.

I left the interview thinking I did not get the job, when I actually did well apparently. The interviewers did a good job off keeping me on my toes but it in turn left me feeling like a failed the interview and nervous about finding a job.

there is zero upward mobility and the compensation and benefits packages could be better. this is simply not a place to make a career. you cannot raise a family on this income. health insurance is too costly for our pay. they need to have transparency when it comes to growth and raises.

If the company is looking for longevity, then the startup model should dissolve and move to more structure and investing in people to make the place better. So much room for growth, but the growth priority is strictly on revenue.

The government division is experiencing many growing pains and there are many issues that need to be ironed out. Remote brokers can lead to poor communication between the teams and their leaders.
