they need to get better at compensating their employees fairly. also, they need a better benefits package. their benefits are horrible! health insurance for a family here costs over $6K per year, yet my department gets paid in the $30K. it is not affordable. it would be nice to have 401k matching

Connect more with employees, strategic marketing would help to increase sales and exposure if done right, invest in better leadership to develop gov division, more corporate transparency is needed to build even better culture.

More aggressive marketing strategies (not just phone sales) and create an advertising/marketing team with a director that is solely responsible for strategically building the brand using intentional marketing strategies that will complement the sales team. Identify internal talent to lead this.
