Snap's leadership team is genuine in their belief in the product to create real value for users. They have stayed true to this even when it has been misunderstood, led to reduced revenue, or been unpopular. Agree or disagree, you know where they stand and, if you agree, it's inspiring.

Transparent and consistent delivery of company level goals and accomplishments. There is also immediate communication on external events which impact the employee mindset (social injustices, wars, etc)

I like the openness to feedback & ideas. Sometimes the priority of progress seems a little low from leadership, but it seems like they always come back to it (possibly in response to figures reports & feedback from clients).
