I haven't had much interaction with leadership, but they tackle difficult questions head-on and publicly: they genuinely care to be challenged. Transparency and directness is incredibly important to me, and Snyk leadership seems to do it with a moral backbone.

They've betrayed the values they promised to uphold. They pretend to listen to employees but don't really, and their recent layoffs were primarily of women who had requested proper feedback and opportunities for advancement.
