Very open, honest. They talk about the good & the bad things both. Director is empathetic. Managers need to rise up.

They plan fun activities and there is lots of communication- you always feel like you know what is going on.

They've betrayed the values they promised to uphold. They pretend to listen to employees but don't really, and their recent layoffs were primarily of women who had requested proper feedback and opportunities for advancement.

Equity. I do wish they had 401k match.

They market-adjusted my salary without me asking. Also, stock options.

As an early joiner I have a life changing amount of equity.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Joined at a lower TC, because the company is growing.

401k matching still doesn't exist even though the plan was early 2021

No clear growth path. Constantly understaffed. No real compensation changes and acknowledgment for the work, but we do hire more middle management.

No clear growth path, no benifits. Not seen any significant compansatiin changes in several years.

This is a big company offering startup level salaries.

culture of collaboration & feedback helps every employee rise up to the level of the best one.

Always food, snacks and beverages in the office. Focus on communication. We use slack on steroids here which is fun.

Everyone being so genuinely ready to help each other.

Unlike at many other companies, there is little to no animosity between departments or teams. We've got an amazing company culture

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Take care of the people that are there for a longer period. People are afraid of speaking up because of the American culture that is currently going around. Respect that this was a UK / Israel startup and people care about these values.

The technical hands on and the fact thay i got to meet with the CEO was especially interesting

It was very quick and felt like i immediatly connected with everyone

The overall workflow was beautifully orchestrated. What I loved the most is the patience they showed in waiting for the right candidate :)
