Most of members of my team are loyal to the company, they have been working for Sodexo for years. We are also making a good team work because we know our strengths and differences but we are working by helping each others out. Unfortunately it is not always appreciated by the management.

There is no difference in compensation whether or not you just join the company (on training) and after you are trained. We don't need bonuses, what we need is to be paid a bit more extra than the minimum for our loyalty, our progress (doing courses) and all the extra mile that we do for the company
