They are open to feedback and care about the employees. And as part of that, they challenge us to always get better and improve. They run an extremely organized and effective company. Everything is not perfect but they do their best to get there.

It has been positive so far, I do work long hours and there are often fire drills or stressful situations but I contribute some of this to the fact that I am a learner.
