Open, transparent, and are passionate about maintaining a great culture.
They are open to feedback and care about the employees. And as part of that, they challenge us to always get better and improve. They run an extremely organized and effective company. Everything is not perfect but they do their best to get there.

The culture here is amazing. My team gets along very well. They are like a second family to me. It is not uncommon to stay after work to play xbox or watch movies with my team.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone has a voice and new ideas are highly encouraged.
There are so many places to just take a break for minute. If you have been working for a few hours and your eyes are beginning to cross you can take a break and play foosball, pool, or just watch some TV. And the people, the people here are always friendly.

What makes you most happy at work?
The office environment as a whole (bright, fun, clean working areas) with plenty of "perks" (snacks, coffee, game room) and super sharp, helpful, kind co-workers. I also love being able to provide true value to our clients. The work is very rewarding and I love how happy we make our customers.
