I am responsible for my projects and do not have to worry about micromanagement.

The leadership team is very transparent and approachable. If you ever have any questions or concerns they are more than willing to address them. They are also invested in every employees future from day one.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The culture here is amazing. My team gets along very well. They are like a second family to me. It is not uncommon to stay after work to play xbox or watch movies with my team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are so many places to just take a break for minute. If you have been working for a few hours and your eyes are beginning to cross you can take a break and play foosball, pool, or just watch some TV. And the people, the people here are always friendly.
