What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That it comes above almost all else. It is a faith, family, and integrity first type or organization. Realizing that fun and revenue don't have to be sacrificed for these areas is key.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The fact that the CEO is engaged in every hire and process. That multiple layers of the company are involved in the interview process. That there is a mix of both analytical and real-world expectations brought forth within the process.
