Positive- the working teams are energized, talented and intelligent. The environment is dog-eat-dog and crushing with the soul-killing attitude of top management, BUT we create our own happiness despite that. Individual teams are inquisitive, quick-thinking and great to work with.

Stop placating and bending over backwards to the whims of the CEO, who changes her mind every 15 min on strategy. Leadership has 100% turn every 12-24 months, that tells you something. Market wages. Benefits based on performance AND effort, especially in support and back-office roles. Money aside, TRUST and RESPECT go a long way. The company sells items with these empowering words on them, but they do not exhibit it in any way in person at the home office.
