Stewart culture is inclusive and a team environment.They seem to care about their employees and give back to communities. All departments work together toward a shared goal. It is nice to share in each other's successes and there is a genuine congratulatory tone from Stewart Title.

EVERYTHING, their HR teams do not even know the correct state laws for the states they have businesses in. Payroll is constantly wrong and the Labor Board is overflowing with complaints against them.

loyal employees do not get compensated for sticking with the company thru hard times. New employees that use Stewart as a spring board to the next gig get rewarded thru salaries and benefits and the ones that have stayed loyal are neglected.

Management needs serious training to come to age with managment style or to be replaced. Management has zero team skills. There are NO team meetings or emails. If you need to know, hopefully you overhear.
