Sugarwish is a dynamic, growing woman-owned business based in Denver. The concept is excellent, the actual operations need some improvement but with the right management in operations, it could be a 10. They still use manual tracking of packed products, no sense of organization and an ex teacher is trying to juggle it all with no experience. Sugarwish is an awesome place to work! They have a team focused culture and set up their facility and working environment to promote that mindset.
