I use be employed with sweetgreen and I'm trying to uptain my W2 form 2024 but when I ask they tell to go to my sweetgreen but I'm unable to gain access to my sweetgreen because they locked me out of the system how I go about getting my W2 from 2024

They read you a script, cut you off the systems and throw you a really bad severance package that includes a non-disparagement agreement to shut you up about the horrible experiences you had on the job.
We have not had any layoffs in the 2+ years I've been with sweetgreen.
