What do you like best about the leadership team?On all levels of the company I've so far seen an admirable amount of humility and willingness to learn from others, regardless of seniority, title, or even explicit expertise.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?People are not just living the Sweetgreen values while only in the office. Many are making a social impact outside of work on their own volition. In the end it isn't the company everyone is committed to. It is each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Everyone has a voice. All opinions are valued. We don't do things at sweetgreen just because that's the way we have always done them. You are allowed to take risks and fail. Feedback is welcome and expected. The company believes in its core values and makes decisions based on those.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I love my job, but the cost of living in the area I live is pretty high. I just think we need to re-evaluate comp every so often based on the market.
