Work from home once a week (barring any emergency that requires my presence in the office). Flexible schedule that accommodates other aspects of my personal life, like medical appointments or getting my furnace replaced.

As part of my compensation package, I also receive catered meals, unlimited PTO, commuter benefit options, and memberships to gyms nearby the office. It is all of these little things that really make the difference in my day-to-day life and encourage good work/life balance.
