Everyone is very focused and cohesive about the company mission and end product. It's a highly engaged team with positive energy. There's a good balance of feeling challenged and ability to negotiate bounds.
Across the board, team members have been friendly and helpful. Additionally, more experienced team members have gone out of their way to teach me new concepts outside of my official job description so that I can grow and become more versatile.
