Starts with a presentation about yourself.
I was asked to give a presentation at the beginning of my on-site interview. While it was difficult to prepare a talk about myself, I think it allowed me to make a good first impression.

The candidate presentation is an effective introduction so the same information does not have to be repeated in each interview session.
Pretty typical for Bay Area, but tends to be more skewed towards more realistic work related questions. Whiteboard or a computer is allowed for solving problems.
