I work for minimum wage for servers, and knowing this, my tips depend on the food coming out in a timely manner, and correctly. There is no one regulating this or holding the kitchen accountable for terrible ticket times, or improper food prep. I am unable to provide positive customer experiences

They the employees are paid properly instead of under minimum wage

There are no benefits or bonuses. Being treated like a lemming does not make an employee want to work harder for the company. It's already a difficult job with customers, and it would be helpful to know your managers and upper level management has your back. Getting benefits and respect is it.

I work above and beyond my expectations and do stuff when I'm not asked, and the other people who do nothing still get paid more. I would just like to make more than the people who do nothing.
