What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Everything. Genuinely, EVERYTHING. it's insane.

Understanding how to motivate employees. Making decisions that inorive the overall experience for guest and employees alike.

Literally everything. I am not even kidding.

Supporting staff, not seeing you as just hired help. Being left to take care of all the sickness, managing leave and not being able to take my own leave is wrong. Worst of all, you don't get paid overtime because you're contracted to take care of the staff. They are mistreating their staff.

Managing not only the store but also taking care of their employees by giving a listening ear. I love this company but the managers make it so hard to want to stay because they are one-sided.

Treating each other with respect. I have never felt more disrespected in a workplace, by not only employees, but also managers. I have worked in various restaurants and this is by far the worst establishment I've ever worked at.

Show appreciation to employees. They keep taking away employee benefits and perks. Threaten jobs if we dont have enough tgif reward sign ups. Never get a thank you from management.
