I have worked at TE for 6 years now and find the leadership team overall to be ethical and hardworking. I've had some manager changes over the years but each time felt my new manager was someone who was eager to get to know the team and the work that needed done.

At least in the office environment it is very clear that everyone is welcome and diverse viewpoints are celebrated. We have Employee Resource Groups for women in business, LGBTQ, military vets, Hispanic community, African American community, etc.

The leaders at TE seem to work hard to maintain an ethical, well run, profitable company. I feel like a lot of companies can do one or two of those things well but not all of them at once.

The team is always willing to come together and pitch in to make sure the project is successful. In general, people work well together - pulling their own weight and helping pick up slack when they know another group is overwhelmed.
