The leaders at TE seem to work hard to maintain an ethical, well run, profitable company. I feel like a lot of companies can do one or two of those things well but not all of them at once.

Offer a traditional PPO health plan with reasonable co-pays and affordable bi-weekly deductions, not only these high deductible/co-insurance plans that don't really cover anything.

At least in the office environment it is very clear that everyone is welcome and diverse viewpoints are celebrated. We have Employee Resource Groups for women in business, LGBTQ, military vets, Hispanic community, African American community, etc.
