The leaders at TE seem to work hard to maintain an ethical, well run, profitable company. I feel like a lot of companies can do one or two of those things well but not all of them at once.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Offer a traditional PPO health plan with reasonable co-pays and affordable bi-weekly deductions, not only these high deductible/co-insurance plans that don't really cover anything.

Wages do not match cost of living and inflation

Diversity and talent is amazing

The team is always willing to come together and pitch in to make sure the project is successful. In general, people work well together - pulling their own weight and helping pick up slack when they know another group is overwhelmed.

People and tone at the top focussed on inclusion and diversify

At least in the office environment it is very clear that everyone is welcome and diverse viewpoints are celebrated. We have Employee Resource Groups for women in business, LGBTQ, military vets, Hispanic community, African American community, etc.

I can decide whether to work from home or at the office

They try to be inclusive, but not for old people.

I'd like to get one before getting an email telling me I'm not qualified.

The process is fine but some of the executive leadership questions were kind of theoretical and didn't address the "meat" of the position.
