Providing opportunities for talented people

The leaders at TE seem to work hard to maintain an ethical, well run, profitable company. I feel like a lot of companies can do one or two of those things well but not all of them at once.

Recognizing that there are true costs associated with the choice of eliminating experienced higher cost personnel and suppliers with lower cost, less experienced ones.

Managing the basics. They need to stick to their supposed "standards" and execute.
