The work space is beautiful, which makes the pay levels depressing, because there is obviously the capability to pay us industry rates.

It is fast and doesn't prejudge you. If you can learn fast, they will give you a chance, perhaps because the pay rates are low.

Pay what other Azure Support Engineers are earning across the world. Use industry salary scale. Allow growth into Full Time Microsoft Support careers from Vendor level, and sponsor my Tech Certifications.

We learn on our own, in spite of the company's marketing takes all over the Internet about hood career prospects. We don't even use the internal training materials for our Technical progress. We study personally and pay for certifications on our own. That's Spirit! That's dedication in adversity.

What I like best about the leadership team is that they are masters at keeping the company operational, but rarely listen to the complaints of staff for industry-grade salaries at all. They kept the fact that we would be working as Support Engineers for Microsoft, and we work at 1/100th normal rates

Each 1, 2,3 or 4 star rating is a seriously unacceptable thing, even if it was given for product limitation or design of the Microsoft product. This contributes to a lot of mental strain. Also we are paid a fraction of what employees on other countries get, yet the company claims they are global.
