What I like best about the leadership team is that they are masters at keeping the company operational, but rarely listen to the complaints of staff for industry-grade salaries at all. They kept the fact that we would be working as Support Engineers for Microsoft, and we work at 1/100th normal rates

The leadership team is good. However, their compensation plan for their Nigerian branch is very poor. I earn about 300 USD per month and my annual salary is just 4000 USD and yet employees do the same job globally.

The leadership needs to be more compassionate. They need to start removing DSATs as a result of Misplaced ratings, Mid-chat abandoned, and DSATs that come from unresolved cases especially when it's not the agents fault.

The fact that you see what lesser partners of Microsoft pay thier staffs makes me feel undervalued

Employees deserve to go on holidays like christmas, we have families and it is only right we spend these holidays with them and not be threatened with dismissal at every single turn

American culture needs to be understood. Commitments honored that are stated on paper. HR that steps up and stops the no breaks, no annual reviews, bigotry by certain managers, large pop of employees view them useless. All stems from understanding American culture without bias by executive levels.
