Overall, OK. I wish they would accept more diversity and other culture, not just local.

Incredibly horrible environment to have to work in.

Sadly disappointing! I have learned patience, but not much else, Greatly enhanced cust serve skills, and am much better at handling politics. Tech skills are not needed and so the position is not valued by mgmt and so not developed, unless you know someone! know why oper msg and admin msg not good
