It is great, no need to go to the office to be productive
No option to work from home. Unless your management. If you're management they expect you to be available 24/7.
There is none unless you are in management and then you're expected to be available and responsive 24/7

There is no HR. There are two people trying to do HR for over a few hundred people. If you have any HR questions or concerns be prepared to wait 3-4 weeks for a response.
A guy who was a manager was sexually harassing women, HR called the women that came forward liars and moved him to manage another team. It was not until he did the same thing to the new team that they took the complaints seriously.

It's not. It's just a call center.
They think they are innovative but they are bringing concepts from other failed businesses over to TE

Worst morale I've ever experienced. People literally cry at their desk and it's like a normal thing. The management blames the employees for the bad morale.
