Managers and what they relayed, but they are all gone now. Internal promotions are almost impossible. There is no real commitment on the part of mgmnt to develop employees. I was able to do two interviews in the same day.
American culture needs to be understood. Commitments honored that are stated on paper. HR that steps up and stops the no breaks, no annual reviews, bigotry by certain managers, large pop of employees view them useless. All stems from understanding American culture without bias by executive levels.
Most positive is that you get to interact with cultures from all over the world as we take global cases. Environment is heat and cooled. Environment for people can vary from day to day. High turnover rate in mgmt and staff. Most mgmt is now hired by site manager and are hired externally
Over a year, very good review but no raise. No explanation. ask manager and he is going to get back with you. Been almost 3 months. Raise, and honest feedback from managers who understand the job and are not just administrative. and real tech training as promised and stated in the ad for employment
