There is a hug distance between leadership team and support engineers
Nothing yet, so far so. They're not willing to change things for the staff not below them
investments should be made in the engineers
What I like best about the leadership team is that they are masters at keeping the company operational, but rarely listen to the complaints of staff for industry-grade salaries at all. They kept the fact that we would be working as Support Engineers for Microsoft, and we work at 1/100th normal rates

The leadership team is good. However, their compensation plan for their Nigerian branch is very poor. I earn about 300 USD per month and my annual salary is just 4000 USD and yet employees do the same job globally.

Their drive for expansion and being so open for new opportunities
It's a flat structure and management always listens to employees request and effect changes as at when due...
Review from Engineering Dept
Transparency in the relationship with the employees and the clients, planning, problem solving.
See the staffs as humans
promise heaven and deliver nothing
Make the environment less toxic and pay well
Review from Engineering Dept
The leadership needs to be more compassionate. They need to start removing DSATs as a result of Misplaced ratings, Mid-chat abandoned, and DSATs that come from unresolved cases especially when it's not the agents fault.
the leadership is very poor
Clearer communication, say more openly what they expect, and similar.
Each 1, 2,3 or 4 star rating is a seriously unacceptable thing, even if it was given for product limitation or design of the Microsoft product. This contributes to a lot of mental strain. Also we are paid a fraction of what employees on other countries get, yet the company claims they are global.

Understanding the different cultures and truly promoting from within. Providing the tech training they always promise

There is NO leadership. They are in constant meetings and have no idea what's going on with the business.
