Put people with experience and intellect in charge. The current ELT are clueless with zero knowledge of the market. They rely on external consultants to tell them what to do

The only people left at the top are now opportunists, they do not understand the product they are selling. Teradata is just a superficial mass of people that have no idea what they are doing. It will go down fast!

There is no clear requirements for some projects, management in specific teams is chaotic too. Too much talks, long and inefficient meetings should be improved too.
