Have a clear and direct strategy. RIFs are not the answer and show you are either terrible at your hiring strategy, or dont know how to allocate resources effectively.
Put people with experience and intellect in charge. The current ELT are clueless with zero knowledge of the market. They rely on external consultants to tell them what to do

The only people left at the top are now opportunists, they do not understand the product they are selling. Teradata is just a superficial mass of people that have no idea what they are doing. It will go down fast!

Our team is composed of extremely dedicated engineers and technical leaders. They make working at Teradata enjoyable. Every team member is entirely focused on the team's and TD's overall success. Team members, when not overwhelmed, are willing to lend a hand to other teammates when needed.
Great chemistry between team members.. Willingness to share information, support each other and fun to be around.

Stop being territorial. There were workers who refused to share past work because they were concerned they wouldn't get credit, as if this were elementary school. Too much insecurity. Get rid of the ego
