Teradata I knew was built on great technical leaders and achieved greatness. The current Teradata has no marketable solution. Real talent is ignored and laid off regularly. Bad strategy for Teradata when profits are decreasing from year to year. The only people left are opportunists and lemmings.

Real talent is ignored and laid off regularly. Bad strategy for Teradata. Teradata no longer has the technical depth at any level to drive innovation to change its course.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The only people left at the top are now opportunists, they do not understand the product they are selling. Teradata is just a superficial mass of people that have no idea what they are doing. It will go down fast!
