highly competitive with a diverse portfolio of offerings

I feel my base salary is very fair and my bonus structure is in line with competitors. They actually pay bonuses! :)

the best part would be the bonuses because it allows me to treat my family and two young kids and take them places they’ve wanted to go and get them things they’ve wanted to get.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's taken a bit to get here, but I believe we have an identity now. Our culture is that of collaboration and team work. We have a strong connection to our local communities. The company supports and promotes helping our communities through Teradata cares.
