What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The only people left at the top are now opportunists, they do not understand the product they are selling. Teradata is just a superficial mass of people that have no idea what they are doing. It will go down fast!

There is no clear requirements for some projects, management in specific teams is chaotic too. Too much talks, long and inefficient meetings should be improved too.

Teradata has an unlimited vacation policy.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Real talent is ignored and laid off regularly. Bad strategy for Teradata. Teradata no longer has the technical depth at any level to drive innovation to change its course.

I see men getting promoted much more frequently than women. I would feel better about my compensation if I were promoted to the same level as male coworkers who are at a higher pay grade than I am yet accomplish less for the company than I do.

Heavy top leadership with very little technical depth

Leadership has changed frequently lately. I’m tired of keeping my projects on track and delivering what’s expected only to be ignored because management doesn’t seem to have our work on their radar (because it’s not causing customer issues).
