Its a very positive work environment with plenty of room to advance. Theres some competition between other workers but its healthy and constructive, making you want to work harder. Overall very pleasant and you can work at your own pace.

They need to stop pinching pennies with authors and either create something like Scribie's tier system, or they need to hire more editors that'll actually rate their employees in a fair, timely manner.

Communication and process efficiency. They seem slow, unorganized and implement policy on very arbitrary bases with no consideration for facts that vary wide in different cases or how they directly impact authors who produce TB's own commodity that generates its revenues.

There's little to no overhead enforcement. It's as if clients can get away with whatever they please.

I can earn as much as I want by putting in the right amount of effort. We receive bonuses on a regular basis in addition to our regular earnings.

The pay is extremely low for the amount of work that is required. This is less than minimum wage at times depending on how much work is even available

Not only do writers have to write the original article, but they're also subject to handling any revisions that the client wants. Each writer is being paid one or two cents a word to work the job of writer and editor.

Not positioned to offer meaningful input on this particular issue, as all communication is via email or phone. No routine meetings between clients and affiliated freelance writers are permitted for obvious reasons. Nor does TB host teleconferencing sessions for real-time contact with other authors.

Having the ability to work when and where I am able to is an amazing feeling! As a mother of 6, having a 9-5 job or anything else would be a headache and stressful, but with Textbroker I have the freedom to work as much or as little as I would like!

Unfortunately, Textbroker mostly attracts indifferent and inconsiderate customers, although there are a few wonderful clients that use our services.

TB's head honchos have been misled into thinking they run things but are truly just back-end puppets being pulled on strings from far away. The best way to improve their position is to begin with admission of error and oversight. Then, re-prioritize a new agenda to organize processes and procedures.
