They try their best but can be clueless.

My boss is modern, professional, and listens.

You don't need experience to become a freelance writer and they give anyone a chance.
Review from Marketing Dept
They let you do your work without hovering

They need to stop pinching pennies with authors and either create something like Scribie's tier system, or they need to hire more editors that'll actually rate their employees in a fair, timely manner.

Communication and process efficiency. They seem slow, unorganized and implement policy on very arbitrary bases with no consideration for facts that vary wide in different cases or how they directly impact authors who produce TB's own commodity that generates its revenues.
Review from Product Dept
There's little to no overhead enforcement. It's as if clients can get away with whatever they please.

I can earn as much as I want by putting in the right amount of effort. We receive bonuses on a regular basis in addition to our regular earnings.

Medical option and in hospital is very good
Review from Admin Dept
Vastly under paid for the amount of work they expect.
Review from Marketing Dept
it comes down to compensation
The pay is extremely low for the amount of work that is required. This is less than minimum wage at times depending on how much work is even available

Not only do writers have to write the original article, but they're also subject to handling any revisions that the client wants. Each writer is being paid one or two cents a word to work the job of writer and editor.

The employees are smart, capable people.

We all work hard to complete our individual assignments at our star level. We all help each other with difficult customers and show each other ways to improve.

They hire anyone for the job.

There's very little teamwork on Textbroker.

Not positioned to offer meaningful input on this particular issue, as all communication is via email or phone. No routine meetings between clients and affiliated freelance writers are permitted for obvious reasons. Nor does TB host teleconferencing sessions for real-time contact with other authors.
Review from Product Dept
The employees generally get along
Review from Marketing Dept
personal interactions with clients and other writers
That we are very diverse with people of every culture and background that doesnt judge each other. We work hard to help one another and bring positive feedback everyday.

You can make your own hours and work whenever you want .
Review from Marketing Dept
I love the environment. I get online assistance from coworkers and I can stay at home with my little one.
Review from Product Dept
Better explaining our services to clients so they better know how to ask for what they want, and by creating a more involved, cooperative atmosphere for the authors. Also, update the leaderboard, it's been sitting there for six weeks.

More process efficiency and equitable dealings with its most valuable asset - HUMAN resources!

It was very easy. However the person who interviewed me is no longer there
Review from Marketing Dept
It was not full of generic interview questions.

Very confidential and I know it's a company I can trust.
Review from Product Dept
Quick, no fuss, right to the job requirements, my attributes and done
Review from Admin Dept
It's rather slow, clunky and unintuitive; these problems solved, and it'd be adequate.

That I can work whenever I want and where I want. That the amount of money I make completely depends on how much effort I put in. Possibilities are endless.
Review from Product Dept
When there is a lot of work that is available. Lately there hasn't been.

The fact that I can stay at home.
Review from Product Dept
I have fun, I learn and I have great co workers
Review from Admin Dept
Having the ability to work when and where I am able to is an amazing feeling! As a mother of 6, having a 9-5 job or anything else would be a headache and stressful, but with Textbroker I have the freedom to work as much or as little as I would like!
Review from Admin Dept
Employees are overworked and under paid.
Review from Marketing Dept
too many silly restrictions and not enough compensation for the amount of work
Unfortunately, Textbroker mostly attracts indifferent and inconsiderate customers, although there are a few wonderful clients that use our services.
TB's head honchos have been misled into thinking they run things but are truly just back-end puppets being pulled on strings from far away. The best way to improve their position is to begin with admission of error and oversight. Then, re-prioritize a new agenda to organize processes and procedures.

Content mills really should be eliminated.
