Communication and process efficiency. They seem slow, unorganized and implement policy on very arbitrary bases with no consideration for facts that vary wide in different cases or how they directly impact authors who produce TB's own commodity that generates its revenues.

There's little to no overhead enforcement. It's as if clients can get away with whatever they please.
