One of the employees had too many face piercings, and tattoos for a kids store. I just thought it was bad judgement on the mangers part in hiring this person

sometimes very unorganized and the communication between team leads, SM, and DM is not good at all. there was times where i had no clue what was going on because i was not trained right as an associate nor as a manager. they do not follow policy majorty of the and there is a lot of favortism.
