Leading and being fair so people can earn a wage they can actually live off of.

Everyone is paid fairly and the benefits are expensive but OK.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of hours that is given and a raise would be nice.
I know someone who's been a hard worker for this company for over a decade and still almost makes about the same as an assoicate.
Undervalued is an understatement. Worked 75+ hours and over 2 weeks straight then called off to work from home
We deseverd to get paid atleast $16 because were underpaid for the amount of work they expect from us
There is no appreciation in this company.

Communication and persistence in all areas

Nothing they are fine its the management
Everyone needs to work the same amount of days. There are some employees who work maybe 1-2 a month
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone does their job and helps other employees
We work from home two days a week, allowing you more time for yourself and your family.
The only thing positive at that company is working with good workers

Understanding and empathy at the high levels

Most of them were done virtually. All of the interviewers were very informative and ask great questions.

Put some logical HR responsibles

You should offer more coupons, especially in store and not be so pushy about the customers getting credit cards.
