What do you like best about the leadership team?

A group of smart dynamic people with a vision that focuses on improving sales and having a company that all of the employees enjoy working at

Local team is a friendly bunch

Overall it's okay. Could use work.

Not much really, very unorganized yet well mannered

They are down to earth people

theyre ok at times but they can be lazy

Being apart of the Leadership team in my location I enjoyed that we really did strive to turn promising staff into effective leaders

My general manager is truly an amazing person and can really hold a team together. She is a strong leader willing to help anyone in need and help teach you.

Only one of the managers goes above and beyond when it comes to covering shifts

The leads are great it's store manager

Qc had the best management team

Some are friendly but some of the leadership are lazy and hatefull. They don't want to be bothers and they treat some associate's like crap and others like they are their best friends.

They are very supportive of employees

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leading and being fair so people can earn a wage they can actually live off of.

Taking to employees and being honest about things and labor hours

Showing compassion for their team

Overall communication and holding management responsible.

Communication, allowing store managers to actually manage

Her attitude was by far the worse in the store

Knowing the people who actually do the work and not think they are untouchables. No one knows who the executive team are.

Treat their employees with respect

Finding stuff to do instead of standing around doing absolutely nothing. When that was the case I would always re-fold shirts & straighten racks

A lot of things can change

Management , being fair , less threats towards employees
