Some are friendly but some of the leadership are lazy and hatefull. They don't want to be bothers and they treat some associate's like crap and others like they are their best friends.

My general manager is truly an amazing person and can really hold a team together. She is a strong leader willing to help anyone in need and help teach you.

Being apart of the Leadership team in my location I enjoyed that we really did strive to turn promising staff into effective leaders

A lot of things can change
Finding stuff to do instead of standing around doing absolutely nothing. When that was the case I would always re-fold shirts & straighten racks

Knowing the people who actually do the work and not think they are untouchables. No one knows who the executive team are.
