What did you like most about the interview process?
Most of them were done virtually. All of the interviewers were very informative and ask great questions.

My interview was 4 years ago. It was laid back with only a few questions. Was hired on the same day.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Put some logical HR responsibles
them to actually listen when they give interviews
Better communication about job responsibilities amd expected pay/ hours
Replace the senior leadership now
In person interviews also more then one manager approval

The interview process is easy but the district manager doesn't take the time to know workers only store managers. It makes you feel like a peon.

Be respectful and kind. Actually offer more then minimum wage considering what they have us do day to day
